Our entire experience with Dwyer has been truly exceptional. We’ve been dealing with a very old furnace and it was time to be replaced YESTERDAY! McKenzie is an excellent customer service person. Eric, who came to give us an estimate for the project, was super articulate, professional and thorough in his explanations of our options. He’s an excellent ‘first opinion’ creator for Dwyer. Eric let us borrow a great space heater to keep us warm overnight. Sooo grateful! As promised, Tommy and Tyler showed up the next morning completely prepared for our furnace replacement project. What wonderful guys! They make a great brother team too. We even had great conversations during the day. By mid-afternoon, we had a new furnace and thermostat.
